Outstand chile

We grow a variety of Chile on our 6 acres in Castle Valley Utah. We are outside of Moab. Your seeds are the best. The chile is wonderful, we dry some and grind it up and use it for presents for our family. Or we roast it in our fire roaster and freeze and keep chile on hand for our 5 adult children and their spouses and our 19 grandchildren. We have a difficult time finding good hot seeds. Thank you Cecilia

Mild but excellent flavor.

Large and thick walled chili's that are easy to roast. I think the size and thickness of the chili further reduces the heat. Too mild for my family of NM Natives but would be excellent if you don't like a lot of spice. Very productive plants I grew just north of Denver - we gave chili away (very unusual for us). I'm trying the Doublecross next year for more heat.

Big Jim lives up to its name!

This is my favorite green chile! Germination rates have been fantastic! I have had individual chiles over 10 inches. After roasting, I store in the freezer and the maintain their great taste for more than a year.
