Our Seed Catalog features lots of new seeds, recipes, and growing tips:
Our complete 2026 seed catalog has over 100 specialty peppers from sweet to super-hot, 59 tomatoes, and seeds for 42 vegetables.
For quick online shopping, you can also view our entire online seed catalog in one place. Our specialty is green chile seeds and we have the largest selection from very mild to extremely hot. There is also a great selection of sweet peppers, mild, medium, and hot peppers, and Mexican peppers. We haven’t forgotten about the chileheads and have a few crazy hot peppers especially for you.
This new 2026 catalog features our most popular peppers and many new favorites.
Eighteen years ago, we were the first seed packet company to focus exclusively on pepper seeds from around the world. At that time large seed packet companies sold only one or two peppers alongside their vegetable seed selection and they were not green chile seeds! We decided something had to change, so Sandia Seed started offering several different green chile seeds in packets.
Now, interest in growing new and exotic pepper varieties with a variety of flavors, heat levels, and appearances increases each year and so has our selection. Here is what’s new for 2026.
We are happy to have Sandia Select as a Hatch Green Hot seed choice. The Sandia Select NuMex chiles are recognized for their superior flavor, thick green flesh, and reliable hot heat profile. They will offer an excellent opportunity for home gardeners to produce high-quality green chile harvests. The chile skin removes easily after roasting and they are rated the best in aroma and flavor.
There are eight new pepper varieties in this catalog. One of these is the F1 Gypsy Sweet Pepper, notable for its combination of sweetness, versatility, and abundant yields. Next, the Jalapeño Nadapeño provides a tangy taste without heat and expands our collection of jalapeno seeds. The Chilhuacle Negro is a mild Mexican pepper with bold, complex flavor, while the Vallero is a chocolate-toned chile with mild heat and a touch of sweetness. The Peruvian Aji Colorado is a very hot Capsicum baccatum variety with a unique sweet, fruity profile, and the Yellow Caribbean Habanero features extra heat and a bright, citrus-like flavor.
Three more super-hot pepper varieties are available this year. The rare Bhut Jolokia Yellow (800,000 SHU) is back and brings its vibrant flavor. The Tasmanian Orange Ghost (1.1 million SHU) a new more compact orange ghost pepper delivers substantial heat and fresh flavor. The heirloom Naga Morich (1.3 million SHU), one of the earliest super-hot peppers introduced to the U.S. from India is also in our selection.
We’ve added five new tomato varieties to our already wide selection. The new 2025 cherry tomatoes are so easy to grow and delicious. Tiny Tim tomato is a dwarf plant with clusters of red cherry tomatoes. Tumbling Tom Yellow Tomato F1 is a small cascading plant with bright yellow cherry tomatoes. The Mini Orange tomato produces large orange cherry tomatoes with delicious flavor. There is a seedless tomato, and we have it: Sweet Seedless F1 Tomato. We carry both heirloom tomatoes and hybrid tomatoes, grow some of both each year for best success! All of our seeds are Non-GMO.
This seed catalog is great for winter-time dreaming of the next season, so get yours today! Happy growing!

I got my seed catalog in the mail today.... How in the world am I going to be able to choose which peppers to grow? They all sound AMAZING! Love all the pics and recipes too. Two thumbs way up.
😆 my new favorite seed catalogue. Soooo many peppers to read and dream about. It's awesome you have the short season peppers and tomatoes marked, I am in a very short growing zone and it's hard to grow varieties that need longer than 70 days as we often get early frosts come September for the past several years. keeping this one on my kitchen table to plot all winter long about which peppers to grow next season. Narrowing down the 100 peppers to 20 or so will be difficult. Wish my garden was bigger!
I love it!! So many beautiful pictures of peppers and some fantastic recipes and tips for growing peppers. This one is a keeper.
I am a big of a seed catalog hoarder... I must admit! ;) This is my new favorite seed catalog, I love reading about all the peppers and the recipes are great. I didn't realize you had so many tomatoes and other veggies, too. This is perfect for getting my fall seed order wish list!
I just found out about your catalog from a friend who has ordered from you for a few years. I love your catalog. It is bright and beautiful and shows the vegetables very well and you have a huge number or peppers. My only question is do you also sell plants ready to go in the ground?
I love the seed catalog, explains all about the peppers. Thanks Sandia seed. And the colors are beautiful.
I have grown lots of sweet peppers but not hot peppers. Thinking seed germination would be slow I planted my 12 + varieties the beginning of February. Long story short, all the peppers , including Carolina Reaper, came up in 10 to 20 days. Much faster than I thought. Good seeds and heat mats did the trick. Thank you
Seed Catalog
The catalog is easy to find stuff and full of great
Actually, you sent it out on 20 Feb, after I asked about it: but I've got it now and that's what counts. Great catalog with good information (I'm an old fart that still enjoys learning), a few good recipes, and really good photos. It makes me wish that I had more room for growing in the yard, and more water available! Impressive: I'll be showing it around. Where's my "Got Hatch" stickers? I've been buying your seeds locally, at the Alameda Greenhouse. I'm glad we've found each other. Love the T-shirt; but wish it were all cotton.
