The Sport Pepper is best known as a classic topping for authentic Chicago-style hot dogs. Pickled whole or made into relish, its medium heat makes it a flavorful addition to sandwiches. Sugar Rush Peach is a distinctive pepper with vibrant peach-colored skin and a sweet, fruity flavor. Despite its cheerful appearance, it packs serious heat, reaching up to 100,000 Scovilles.

Big Beef Plus F1 tomato offers a slightly sweeter, juicier flavor while preserving the classic beefsteak acidity of Big Beef F1. This improved variety also includes expanded disease resistance, with added protection against Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus and blights. Rutgers 250 tomato delivers improved disease resistance, firmer fruit, and a better balance of sweetness and acidity while bringing back the classic old-time flavor that made the original Jersey tomato famous. San Marzano II is a refined strain of the traditional open-pollinated San Marzano heirloom. It produces larger, sweet, low-acid tomatoes with meaty flesh and improved disease resistance.

Dragon’s Tongue Bush Bean is a well-loved Dutch heirloom wax bean known for its colorful purple-and-yellow pods. Compact plants produce excellent yields of sweet, crisp beans. Munstead Lavender is a compact, easy-to-grow lavender with excellent heat tolerance and early summer color. Its nectar-rich flower spikes attract honeybees, bumblebees, native solitary bees, butterflies, and hoverflies. Butternut Winter Squash is a delicious heirloom variety with a rich, sweet, nutty flavor. It was bred to fit comfortably in a family refrigerator, slice more easily, and grow in backyard gardens. It grows a vigorous 8 to 15 foot vine and is a great choice for beginner gardeners.

Five stars! I love your seed catalog, I have it sitting on my dining room table to look through all winter long. Just ordered your new one for 2027, the PDF looks gorgeous, can't wait to have the printed version in my hands so I can dream about which chiles to grow next season. I try to grow about 10 different varieties every year, it's hard to narrow them down. Shishitos, Hatch Chiles, Banana Peppers and Jalapenos are always on my list, but I grow different Jalapenos each year since you have so many. Thanks for being my pepper seed company! I love giving this seed catalog to my gardening friends. 😆 my new favorite seed catalogue. Soooo many peppers to read and dream about. It's awesome you have the short season peppers and tomatoes marked, I am in a very short growing zone and it's hard to grow varieties that need longer than 70 days as we often get early frosts come September for the past several years. keeping this one on my kitchen table to plot all winter long about which peppers to grow next season. Narrowing down the 100 peppers to 20 or so will be difficult. Wish my garden was bigger!

About germination

I have grown lots of sweet peppers but not hot peppers. Thinking seed germination would be slow I planted my 12 + varieties the beginning of February. Long story short, all the peppers , including Carolina Reaper, came up in 10 to 20 days. Much faster than I thought. Good seeds and heat mats did the trick. Thank you

Great catalog with good information (I'm an old fart that still enjoys learning), a few good recipes, and really good photos. It makes me wish that I had more room for growing in the yard, and more water available! Impressive: I'll be showing it around. Where's my "Got Hatch" stickers? I've been buying your seeds locally, at the Alameda Greenhouse. I'm glad we've found each other. Love the T-shirt; but wish it were all cotton.
