Germination was great on these. They grew very well in my garden, and each plant produced a very good yield of peppers. I will definitely grow these again!

These had no problem germinating at all. I didn't even have to start them inside. They produce a large amount on each plant! I highly recommend.

These are excellent for roasting. The flavor is excellent with just the right hint of heat, enough to be interesting but not too much for the pepper novice. As usual with Sandia seeds germination was easy. The plant (I generally grow one each of several varieties) was nice and vigorous and productive in a 5 gal. felt pot. This one is definitely on the list for next year.

I grew these up in northern Illinois and they were fantastic low-effort plants that pumped out buckets of peppers right alongside my tomatoes. Green is classic for these Hatch-style peppers, but the red color is beautiful and makes for a wonderful red salsa when combined with red habaneros and black poblanos.

You can pick them when they're green, of course, they turn red after getting to full size so I only let a portion of them get fully mature and change color. Hard to go wrong with any of the Joe Parker varieties, but this one was a fantastic multipurpose pepper.

It's hard to find red chile that isn't dried, so growing it is the only way to taste this exceptional flavor. I used to live in New Mexico so could get some of these fresh, but now that I'm in New York it's nowhere to be found, so growing it in my veggie garden is the only way we can taste the sweet buttery deliciousness that is fresh red chile! We simply roast it on our gas grill to char the skins, then cool in a glass dish with lid, peel, and enjoy! The red chile meat is heavenly and great on pizza, sandwiches, wraps, you name it. Thank you for offering these precious seeds, it is so wonderful to be able to grow them in our garden!

These are delicious, especially when roasted the same day after picking - their creamy, smokey, tasty flesh is extremely addicting. You can't grow enough of them!

What other extreme hot chillies do yo have

Great seeds, nearly all germinated and grew into robust plants. The gorgeous red chile harvest was wonderful, we only wish we planted more of them! This year we will.

These are our favorite, we grow several plants so that we can make fresh roasted red chile, the flavor just can't be beat and you can't find ripe fresh red chile at our local grocery. Thanks for the great seeds, good germination, and they grow into robust, healthy and productive plants.

These pepper seeds produced beautiful plants with very thick walled, medium hot, extremely attractive peppers. They struggled last summer in our high country gardening Idaho with drought and late frosts but managed to turn out a fairly descent crop. We'll definitely be starting more plants next spring.

These were our family's favorite chile this season, we will be growing them again next year!

Easy to grow with very tasty results. Not as hot as I thought or hoped they'd be, but that turned out to be great. Looking forward to lots of fruit this next year!

These delicious chiles grow very well in northern Maryland. I started five plants indoors in early March, transplanted them twice into larger pots, then into the garden in mid-June when the soil was finally warm enough. I was harvesting ripe chiles by mid August and they kept on coming right through early November - even several frosts didn't stop them! These plants are like small trees, very robust, growing up to four feet tall with stems over an inch in diameter. The chiles are 6-8" long and so delicious. I can't wait to start my 2021 crop.

I love growing these red Hatch chiles in my garden and have given seed to a few of my neighbors who are growing them, too! I figure, the more of us growing these delicious red chiles, the better!! They are so good, but we can never grow enough for the whole winter. But that won't stop us from trying. We keep adding more garden space as we remove grass. :) Thanks for the quick-germinating seeds.

I live in the mountains of Idaho in a short season area and had amazing success with this seed. They germinated quickly, and produced long, meaty and flavorful peppers. They were fairly mild and didnt run my northern friends away when we made rellenos with them.

Every. Single. Seed. Sprouted. We had some extra chile plants to share with our community gardeners, and boy everyone loved them. They grew quickly and kept producing all season long. Great flavor, great red color!

I never had fresh Hatch red chile until I grew it myself, and now I'll always grow it in my garden. It's really good when roasted on the grill, it has a wonderful sweeter and smokier flavor than green chiles, and the color is beautiful. Two thumbs way up!

We grew these in our garden and they did quite well, the chiles are quite large and a beautiful deep red when mature. We dried them and ground them into powder for sprinkling into pretty much any recipe to add a ton of flavor and a little kick. We will definitely grow again this year! Very productive!
