Grow Stunning Purple Beauty Bell Sweet Pepper Seeds

Add a burst of vibrant color to your garden with Purple Beauty Bell Sweet Pepper Seeds. These heirloom, open-pollinated peppers are a visual delight, maturing from light green to white before developing striking purple stripes that cover the entire fruit. The deep purple skin contrasts beautifully with the lime-green flesh, making them a standout in any garden or dish.

Why Choose Purple Beauty Bell Peppers?

These blocky, 4-lobed peppers grow on sturdy 24" tall plants, perfect for container gardening or garden beds. With a heat level of none, they offer a sweet, crisp flavor that’s perfect for fresh eating, salads, and veggie trays. The peppers hold their purple color well and will eventually ripen to a deep reddish-purple, but they can be harvested at any stage for different culinary uses.

Easy to Grow & Highly Productive

Start your Purple Beauty Bell Sweet Pepper Seeds indoors 8 weeks before the last frost. Plant them in sterile media, cover lightly, and provide 85°F bottom heat and bright light. Seeds typically germinate in 7-21 days. Once seedlings have 6 true leaves, transplant them into rich soil or large 5-gallon containers, spacing them 30" apart. Harvest full-sized purple peppers to encourage continuous production.

Versatile & Nutritious

Use these peppers just like any other bell pepper-raw, roasted, or sautéed. When cooked, the purple skin turns green, but fresh slices add a stunning pop of color to any dish. Packed with vitamins and antioxidants, these peppers are as nutritious as they are beautiful.
