Pico de Gallo Recipe

 
Pico de Gallo Recipe
Pico de Gallo Recipe: 


1 cup diced white, red or green onions
2-3+ jalapeño or serrano peppers, ribs and seeds removed, finely chopped
Juice of one lime
2-3+ garlic cloves, minced
5-10+ ripe tomatoes, diced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions:
Combine all of the chopped/diced ingredients in a large bowl. Let it marinate for 15 minutes or more, serve with tortilla chips or use as a topping for tacos!

Variations:
You can use any hot peppers in this recipe, including habaneros or super hot peppers, so experiment with different flavors and heat levels to spice up this pico! And, you can leave the ribs and seeds inside the peppers for more heat.
