Pepperoncini Golden Greek Pepper Seeds - Sweet, Tangy & Mildly Spicy

Grow your own Pepperoncini Golden Greek Pepper Seeds and enjoy the crisp, slightly sweet, and tangy flavor that makes these peppers a favorite in salads, sandwiches, and pickled dishes. Known for their thin walls and mild heat (Scoville 100-500), these golden peppers are perfect for home gardeners looking to add a versatile and delicious ingredient to their harvest.

Why Choose Pepperoncini Golden Greek Peppers?

These heirloom peppers are prized for their superb flavor and productivity. The 3”-4” peppers grow on 4’ tall plants, ripening from green to red—though they taste best when harvested green. Unlike the hotter Italian variety, these sweet peppers offer just a hint of heat, making them ideal for pickling or fresh use.

Key Features:

  • Extra Mild Heat - Perfect for those who enjoy flavor without intense spice.
  • Thin-Skinned & Crisp - Excellent for pickling or fresh salads.
  • Productive Plants - High-yielding 4’ plants with abundant peppers.
  • Heirloom & Open-Pollinated - Grow and save seeds year after year.
  • GMO-Free - Naturally cultivated for quality and flavor.

Growing Your Pepperoncini Peppers

Start your Pepperoncini Golden Greek Pepper Seeds indoors 8 weeks before the last frost. Plant in sterile soil, cover lightly (1/4” deep), and keep warm (85°F) and moist. Germination takes 7-21 days. Once seedlings develop 6 true leaves, transplant them into rich, sunny soil. Harvest when peppers are green and full-sized for the best flavor.

Pro Tip: For a variety of sweet peppers, check out our Chef’s 3-Pack, including Paprika, Padron, and Pepperoncini seeds!
