ALL Capsicum chinense strains require a great deal of attention during the germination process. Moisture and a constant and consistent heat range must be maintained for all varieties. Place the seeds in sterile media and cover 1/4” deep. Provide 85°F bottom heat, and a bright grow light above them, and keep moist at all times. Seeds will germinate in 14-28 days. Transplant seedlings into pots and grow until there are 6 true leaves on the plant. Plant them directly into rich soil, 30” apart or into containers.
All of our seeds are GMO-free.

great seeds, will grow these again – they had good germination with a heat mat, and the plants grew well in their 5 gallon pots. very productive.
I was a little worried because the order only had like 10 seeds in it. But all 4 sprouted and are growing. We'll see how the peppers come out, but I am happy with the purchase, the rest is up to nature.
I now have 1 inch sprouts from the seeds. So check with me in a few weeks and I'll update you on where they are
Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Seeds
I got these seeds for my birthday from my mom. I planted them a few days later. The germination rate was very good, the plants were healthy, and the peppers themselves were very good in salsa. I should say, that to get a better salsa out of them you will need to put in a more mild pepper, such as a Serrano or Jalapeño to round the flavor. While they were ripening, the looked like the Mexican flag!
Glad we found you, we had great luck with your seeds and growing instructions – we used a heat mat and most all of the seeds sprouted and grew into robust plants. We made your fermented hot sauce recipe with them, delicious!!
I just wanted to write thanks for all the seeds over the years, we just grew these Trinidad Scorpion seeds this summer and the plants were awesome. We also love growing your Hatch chiles and sweet peppers and some of your beautiful heirloom tomatoes like the amazing Pineapple tomato! Thanks again for friendly service and the great seeds.
great seeds, germination rate was around 90%, lots of pods.
