Why Choose Giuzeppi Chile Seeds?

Named in honor of Joseph "Giuzeppi" Franzoy, one of the pioneering farmers of the Hatch Valley, these seeds carry a legacy of tradition and quality. Developed by Solar Dry Farms, this mild variety offers all the robust flavor of classic Hatch chiles with a gentle heat level of just 1,000-1,500 Scoville units.  Approz. 3,000-4,000 seeds. Germination 67% 7/2025

Product Highlights:

  • Mild & Flavorful – Enjoy the true taste of Hatch green chiles without the spice.
  • Heavy Yielding Plants – Grow 30-36" tall plants that produce an abundance of 8-12" long pods.
  • Open-Pollinated – Save seeds from your harvest for future planting.
  • GMO-Free – All seeds are non-GMO for natural, sustainable gardening.
  • Bulk Quantity – Each 1 oz packet contains approximately 3,500 seeds, perfect for large gardens or commercial growers.

Growing Tips:

Start seeds indoors 8 weeks before the last frost, using sterile media and maintaining 85°F bottom heat. Keep the soil moist and provide bright light for optimal germination (7-14 days). Transplant seedlings once they develop 6 true leaves, spacing them 30" apart in rich soil or large 5-gallon containers. Harvest green chiles early or wait for them to turn red at full maturity. Germination 75% 7/2025.

Whether you're a home gardener or a commercial grower, these BULK Hatch Green Mild - Giuzeppi Chile Seeds deliver exceptional flavor and yield. Order now and bring the taste of New Mexico to your garden!
