Sandia Seed's
Ghost Pepper Salsa Recipe

3-4 Large Fresh Tomatoes
(use any fresh Heirloom Tomatoes
)
~or~
1 Large (28oz) can Organic Whole Tomatoes
or 2 cups of Fresh Tomatoes
(if using fresh tomatoes, you could flash boil and peel if desired,
and/or chop them up finely and could cook them down to thicken)

1-2+ Ghost Peppers(to taste)

1/2 Cup - Fresh Cilantro leaves
(use as much as you'd like)

1/2 Onion (chopped, soak in cold water 20+ minutes to sweeten)
2-3 Garlic Cloves
Fresh Lime Juice (1 lime)
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Cumin & Chile Powder to your taste
Salt & Pepper

Ghost Pepper Seeds - grow your own Ghost Pepper Salsa! Put the Ghost Peppers and everything else into the food processor except for the chopped onions. Blend well. After the salsa is well-blended, add the onions and blend for just a second so the onions stay chunky. Store in a glass container and refrigerate the salsa for an hour+ for flavors to develop.

* All Hot Peppers Work in this Recipe! All peppers are delicious in this salsa recipe. So whether you are growing Ghost Peppers or super hot pepper seeds like the Carolina Reaper, you can experiment with different peppers in this salsa to really bring out the flavors of each individual pepper. Add more peppers if you want it super hot, or less if you like your salsa more tame.

Enjoy this spicy Ghost Pepper salsa with chips or on homemade tacos!
