History: This old heirloom from North Carolina is one of the parents of Mortgage Lifter. Known for its big yields of pink meaty fruits often weighing more than 1 lb. Its flavor is mild with a touch of sweetness. A favorite with market growers.

These were huge and we loved slicing them for caprese salads or to put on sandwiches. They also make a great pico-de-gallo with your jalapenos, green onions and cilantro.
Love the color and meatiness of these large tomatoes. Great germination, nice looking plants, and lots of big juicy tomatoes!
