The Chef's Exotic Pepper 3-pack collection contains some of our most flavorful peppers. Perfect for chefs and gourmet gardeners who are ready to try something exciting. Fresh homegrown Aji Amarillo adds a Peruvian hot spike to salsas and ceviche. The Chile de Arbol pods make great hot sauce and taste fantastic in spice rubs. The sweet hot flavor of Scotch Bonnet Yellow is known worldwide for its use in Jamaican jerk sauces. If you are feeling spicy choose this 3-pack to grow in your gourmet pepper garden.

This 3 Pack includes one packet each of the following:

Aji Amarillo - extremely spicy, but when it’s tempered by cooking in sweet-flavored salsas, the fruity mango-like taste is delicious, and it is truly tropical. Scoville: 30,000 – 50,000.

Chile de Arbol - a favorite in Mexican cuisine because of its bold heat and subtle, natural smoky flavor. Scoville: 15,000 - 30,000

Scotch Bonnet Yellow - gives Jamaican chicken dishes their special flavor. They have a citrus-like flavor with a lot of heat. Scoville: 200,000 – 325,000.

Click the links on each pepper name to see additional information.

Start your peppers early indoors to develop good root systems before transplanting outdoors into warm garden soil.

Choose add to cart as a 3 Pack because purchasing these individually will not generate 15% off in your cart.
