Why Choose White Lisbon Bunching Onions?

This dependable heirloom variety thrives in diverse conditions, tolerating both heat and cold with ease. Whether you're sowing successively throughout the season or using the Winter Sowing Method, these open-pollinated, Non-GMO seeds deliver consistent results. Harvest in just 60 days for tender green shoots or wait 110 days for mature, flavorful stems.

Easy to Grow, Versatile to Use

Simply sow seeds 1/4" deep after the last frost, and enjoy germination in 7-14 days. These resilient plants tolerate light frosts and flourish under protective covers, making them ideal for extended growing seasons. When your bunching onions reach 10-12" tall, harvest them for peak flavor and texture.

Nutritional Powerhouse

Packed with essential vitamins and antioxidants, White Lisbon onions offer impressive health benefits. From immune-boosting Vitamin C to bone-strengthening Vitamin K, these flavorful alliums support overall wellness while adding zest to salsas, stir-fries, soups, and more.

LOVE THESE GREEN ONIONS

These are tasty and easy to grow, and I can put them in everything. I like that I can keep a patch of them growing all year long so I can harvest when I want. I have some growing in the cold frame over the winter months so that I can have some fresh scallions even when it's snowing outside. I plan to always grow these in my garden! Very useful.

Why didn't I grow these before?!

I am loving growing these green bunching onions! Easy to start from seed! I have them growing in several areas of my garden, I love clipping off some of the onion greens to add to stir fries and salads, and they keep on coming! These are a great compliment to all of your awesome chile and tomatoes! It's funny, I use onions and chile almost everyday in cooking, so I'm glad to be growing my own!
