Corno Di Toro Giallo - Sweet Yellow Bull Horn Pepper Seeds
This heirloom Italian sweet frying pepper variety is nicknamed the "bull's horn" for its distinctive horn shape. These yellow peppers are terrific used fresh in salads and are traditionally fried to bring out the best of their wonderful, sweet flavor. Popular with Italian chefs, home gardeners, and market growers.
The yellow version of the sweet bull's horn Italian frying pepper has that full-bodied sweet yellow pepper flavor. The large 8” long peppers have thick walls with a crisp texture. Matures from green to golden yellow on tall 30” plants.

In early spring, start seeds indoors 8 weeks prior to warm nightly temperatures. Place the seeds in sterile media and cover 1/4” deep. Provide 85°F bottom heat, and bright light, and keep moist at all times. Seeds will germinate in 7 - 14 days. Transplant seedlings into pots and grow until there are 6 true leaves on the plant. Plant them directly into rich soil, 30” apart, or into large 5-gallon containers. Harvest peppers when they are yellow.
