Tomato - Pineapple Heirloom Seeds

Gorgeous color, meaty flesh, great for making orange salsas with habaneros. Also these did good in our short season here in New Mexico.

When cut open, these beautiful pineapple tomatoes do indeed look like tropical fruit with streaks of pink and orange. They are delicious and lovely in salads, on sandwiches, or used to make orange salsa. Thanks for the excellent seeds, nearly every one we planted sprouted.

These strong seedlings gave us an excellent crop. we had a lot of fruit on just one plant. Unfortunately because of how big they grew before ripening, they were picked before the full color had a chance to emerge. Also, because of how long they stayed on the plant, they were taken by squirrels before we could eat them. Nothing bad against the seeds, they were great! Just not my favorite variety to grow.

This tomato is awesome! It’s been my favorite for years. I grow it every year. Our entire family does tastes tests for fun, this one is always one of the top favorites, along with Box Car Willie & Caspian pink. The great thing about this tomato despite its fabulous flavor is the beauty when you cut into it. Just beautiful. Juicy, huge, great In flavor and appearance.We eat it fresh out of the garden like a huge apple but love it in salads, on sandwiches, in sauces, In caprese-any way you’d like! Fabulous tomato!

I planted these late last year, but they quickly grew and provided lots of huge tomatoes. What gorgeous color they have when sliced! Deliciously sweet and meaty with lots of flavor. I am growing these again and will plant earlier this year!
