Semi-determinate tomatoes are somewhere between determinate and indeterminate tomato varieties. Generally, these plants are taller than the bush habit of the determinate varieties and yet not as sprawling as the indeterminate varieties. This category usually holds tomatoes that are hard to classify.

I put 12 seeds in 12 pots and they ALL came up. That never happens with the seeds I get from other places. My Hatch and Big Jim peppers were also 100% germination. I can't wait to taste them! (and make Salsa!)
Productive, disease resistant, sets fruit in the 90's, not too sprawling, very good flavor, holds well. What's not to like?

Super Sioux
These Super Sioux heirloom tomatoes were easy to grow, and very healthy and quite productive. Every seed germinated, so we had to give some away to friends, and everyone agrees – these are great heirloom tomatoes! This year they were the most productive of the garden.
